Located right off I-10, and conveniently walking distance to my hotel. Restaurant was clean and bright, lots of natural light. Great staff, they are very welcoming and friendly. As soon as they sit us, our server Justin was quickly taking order. My husband got a combo of steak and shrimp which he said it was excellent. It was tasteful, the meat was tender and well marinade. Shrimps were crispy and juicy, it came with 2 side orders of your choice. For me, I got a grilled tilapia which also came with 2 side orders. Tilapia was grilled to the perfect, it was tendered and juicy, its mashed potatoes was good too and the sweetness and juiciest of steamed broccoli compliment the meal.
Service was attentive, Justin frequently refilled our water and checked to make sure that we have everything we need. He was polite and helpful.
    Would definitely recommend this restaurant.

    Hashbrown is undercooked!

I ordered an omelet. Turned out there was already hashbrown in it. No wonder the waitress looked at me like I'm crazy. Girl, you love hashbrown so much you ordered a cheeseburger omelet with tons of stuffed hashbrown and a side of hashbrown. The hashbrown was fresh off the freezer. It was soft, not crunchy and not fried golden brown.

I know the fact that I came in at 3Am after my bar night and this is the only place that opens 24/7 is already saying that I should not deserve to eat good food but again I paid my hard earn money for a meal so yes I tell you all, I deserve good food for how much I paid.

I had the split decision breakfast. Eggs were cooked perfectly runny. Sausage eh. Pancakes were nicely browned. Substituted my bacon for fruit, not the wisest decision lol.
My friend had chicken and waffles; the chicken could have been a little fresher.
    Good service from Oralia!

IHOP is never my first choice for breakfast out, but my friends wanted to eat and this location was convenient for all of us (right off I-10). The parking lot was pretty full and it looked to be super busy, but we only waited about five minutes for a table.

Our server was nice, but we didn't see much of her, as it was so busy. We were all focused on eating and talking so that was no biggie. She kept up with refills and requests and did a fine job. The food is decent, and they have a lot of options. I got the pancake sliders with hashbrowns, and it was actually pretty good. Prices are okay. Again, IHOP isn't my first choice, and I'd rather go to a local restaurant, but it's not bad if your options are limited.

The star is for our sever Amia(I am sure I misspelled her name). She  may have made some mistakes, but she was so friendly and tried to  rectifiy any issues.

Lets start with what pissed me off the worst. An elderly woman came in by herself. The man-ish that was seating her did not stay with her but rocketed away and then stood there and tapped his foot on the ground and slapped the menus on his hand. When she finally catches up and gets a look at the table she has been directed to, she told him she did not want that table. As she turns around to look at what is available she sees one she likes. The sever/host walked along behind her rolling his eyes and making faces.

I saw a server complain to a diner that they didn't give her enough a big enough tip. She moved closer to the table blocking his ability to rise and exit the booth.

When our food arrived the orders were not complete and the portions were half the size than served at other locations. For example I ordered a short stack, normally the pancakes come on their own regular size plate. The cakes arrived on a side size plate w/ lots of nekkid room around the edge. I sent them back and when new ones came...same sized plate w/ a little less room around the rim. Half my order didn't arrive until the pancakes were remade. Papa's order came out in waves and he asked for Tabasco when we gave our order so she didn't have to try to carry it and our order, it didn't come before or w/ our order. It took her about 10 minutes to find it. I am still waiting for my food. How long does it take to cook two pancakes, especially in a restaurant semi devoted to pancakes.

There was a man sitting in a booth right up at the front. He was making very nasty faces and gestures mainly to the employees. He had papers spread all over the table. When things started back up did he get up and help? No there was just more faces and flailing.
